I just looked at the SF thread & I did notice that Scott Hamons (Marblebeer) said he's going. Even though his 86 is still being reassembled, so he's bringing his MKIV. So you won't be the only MKII owner there!!!

There is a meeting forming up on Sunday the 23rd. Times and schedules are pending. Maybe I could have some company such that I won't be the only mkii there(my current restoration).

Hey I've been traveling and just found this thread. Is this really going on? If some other MKII's are going I would really like to join. If any other meets arise in the South-East coastal region, keep us posted. I've yet to meet up with any Mkii owners (there's a few in Atlanta, I'm told)
