It's one of the bolts for the upper rear timing cover, PO used it on the oil pump shaft gear and it's stretched. It won't thread all the way into the head.
If anyone knows the part number I might be able to find another. Maybe see if other cars have this bolt.

Supras and Cressidas never ever ever show up in the yards around here or I'd go pull it off another car. Probably pull the whole motor if one ever does show up though.

Yeah I figured they were probably unavailable. Thanks for the part number though. I wanted to check if toyota put that bolt in another more common car but it looks like the 5mge and 6m are the only motors that have it.

Buy a standard bolt of the same overall length and find a standoff that that that thickness of the shank portion. The only reason that shank is there give you a pry point for the belt tensioner.
