Car Runs Fine...Burns little oil, But if I sit on an incline with it running, say at a stoplight or something, for about a minute, it belches smoke when I start moving again. WTF

It doesn't smoke any other time......I can let it run all day in a flat parking lot then step on the gas...no smoke! Only on an incline.

Any Thoughts on which seal?

Are you sure that this happens only while you're sitting on an incline?? The only thing that I can think of is that perhaps engine oil is shifting towards the rear of the cylinder head and accumulating there due to problems with the oil not draining back to the oil pan properly. The excess oil could be leaking past the valve stem seals on #6 cylinder and causing the smoke. Is the smoke blue colored?

Your PCV system could be plugged up as well. Try clearing out the PCV ports in the TB and see if that helps.
