My blinkers are on again - off again all the time. I think the blinker fuse went out and I can't find it to replace it, if I even need to. (mabey it's a loose bulb) I can't afford any more tickets with this car. Anyone know anything about it?

fuses

The fuses are located under a panel on the left side of the dash. You can read the fuses off of the label on the panel piece. Should say TURN.

Any electrical problem is an interuption in the flow of electricity to and from the battery. For finding a short, one method is to remove the fuse and connect a test light/or voltmeter in its place to fuse the terminals.

There should be no voltage present in the circuit. Move the electrical wiring around as well to see if any reading may appear while watching the test light. Do this anywhere you may suspect problems.(relays, switches) Hopefully this can at least help you get started in troubleshooting your lights :)
