Hey All,

I did find it after all.
Just phoned my local dealer and it would cost me AUD$74.00!

But i don't know if it will plug into Aust. Spec the P/N you quoted above because it's not in the EPC!

Here are some of the pictures of my blower resistor in Australia (MA61 with Climate Control)... Is this the one you have?
I went to the dealership just then and they don't have that resistor. They have one for the cars which don't have climate control.

For the first photo. the longer coil is broken...

Wires in attached to the resisitor are:
Blue/Black
Blue/Red
Blue/Yellow
Blue/Brown
White/Black(with brown dots)

errmm... here's another stupid question from ed.

what is this and what's it do?

I'll answer that...

It's the resistor which controls the speed of the internal air circulation (hence blower). Current goes through the resistor, more resistance slower fan speed. It's that simple and if one is broken, you don't have fan.

As simple as that...
And as for the location is depicted below.
