Here are some of the pictures of my blower resistor in Australia (MA61 with Climate Control)... Is this the one you have?
I went to the dealership just then and they don't have that resistor. They have one for the cars which don't have climate control.
It's the resistor which controls the speed of the internal air circulation (hence blower). Current goes through the resistor, more resistance slower fan speed. It's that simple and if one is broken, you don't have fan.
As simple as that...
And as for the location is depicted below.
