you need to be able to stop fast when you need to be able to.

but what i think SupraRacer is getting at, besides the ghetto WUT usage, is do you drive your car hard on a normal basis?
do you take occasional trips to the track?
do you plan on autocrossing any time soon?

im sorry if i offended you, i was attempting to make a small joke.

id say your on the right track for the brake parts, stainless lines, good solid rotors and maybe some performance semi metallic pads are usually good upgrades for any car.
i dont know about the carbon fiber brake pads, the only time ive used them was on my bike when i took it to the track.
it squealed like a pig till the pads warmed up enough, and it continued to squeal any time i neglected to use them often, or hard enough.

i dont recall what brand or formulation they were, but for me, i didnt like them, they were too unpredictable, too noisy, and too messy, i had brake dust all over my brand new leathers after 2 hours on the track.

keep in mind this was a couple years ago, so the carbon fiber pads may be better now.

i guess i might try them, i just had a really bad experience with the pads on my bike.

they were maybe some sort of full race formulation, even though thats not what i ordered.
all i remember about the pads i tried is that i warmed them for a couple easy laps around the track, then i was hauling down the straight, and about half way, i mashed on them, to see just how they stopped.

i got nothing for almost two seconds, then they grabbed and i swear my eyeballs slapped the inside of my visor.

will try the kvrs...thanks for the recommendation chris
