I'm new to toyota. I want to buy this 84 celica down the street. It is really nice and it is just what I have been looking for. It is a GT-S liftback. Only problem is that the drivers side tail light is broken. I haven't been able to find one anywhere except ebay and I am not spending $300+ for one tail light. I know that they are discontinued but would ae8 tail lights fit? Also, is there anyone who makes aftermarket ones? Thanks.

No where close without a die grinder, sheet metal, and a welder.

There is no aftermarket tail lights either.

They are slightly different than the Supra's. You would have to swap both sides, and the middle for the Supra ones to work.

are thet the same height wise? or would you have to swap the bumper and lose the metal strip that runs along the bottom of the tails?

yeah, just find one for a celica:thumbsup:

You have to remove the metal strip when installing a Supra bumper on the Celica, not the tail lights.
