I had explained my furry microphone to a few you in Vegas, so here's the sharing of those videos. The on-ramp video is fun with the Darth Vader sound from the intake towards the end. Only running 12psi in these on the 57trim, trying to keep life simple until I swap in the r154.

{edit} Didn't realize only 1 vid per post, so this is my first recording with the mic inside the engine bay near the shock tower (exhaust side)
Sony's overlay seemed like a nice idea, but the GPS is pretty far behind actual speeds.

That was on PCH between Poinsettia & Ponto Rd. Speed limit is 50 I think, and 75ish is about right, don't think I went much past 5k in 3rd with 3.90 & W58. ( Chart )

In a MK II,the trim begins to fly off above 115 MPH.Then, the floating begins.Lowering the car really helps with those issues.Have you seen the wind tunnel results for a MK II?
There is a vacuum created above the cab. .....................VERY old post.
I blew of BOTH sides of the wind shield trim at 80. Body shop screw up.
Interesting chart!
Thanks for the great videos!

Maybe more of the pix and videos will trickle into the S.I.V. thread.
