$12 from Toyota dealership. It is absolutely BEST to just get a new one as the threads stretch over time.
+1.

Also only a 5M pully bolt will work, a 6/7M pulley bolt will be too large in diameter.

i called my local toyota dealer and they told me they could not get it in. i found one from a 86 5m, put some lock tight on, and hopefully it will hold. i'll be checking it regularly untill i can replace it with a new one.

Torque spec is pretty high, lock tight probably not needed.

Mark should be able to get you the bolt.

I've gotten this exact bolt from Mark in the past year (see the Vancouver Toyota (WA, not BC) forum - and see the sticky on how to contact him on parts).

If you have an A/T, good luck with ever getting to the torque spec on the bolt with the engine in place.
