Dragstrip websites and info

It's always nice knowing a little about a track that you've never been to, or knowing what tracks are available in a given area. I wanted to compile a list of 1/4 and 1/8 mile raceways broken up in the major regions.

Please post up links and some background info of your local tracks.

Historic Auto Club Raceway - Pomona, CA 1/4 mile

Toyota Dragstrip - Irwindale, CA 1/8 mile

Auto Club Dragway - Fontana, CA 1/4 mile

Evergreen Speedway - Monroe, WA Round-track and 1/8 mile

Byron Dragway - Byron, IL 1/4 mile

Route 66 Raceway - Joliet, IL 1/4 mile

Great Lakes Dragaway - Union Grove, WI 1/4 mile

Wisconsin International Raceway - Kaukauna, WI 1/4 mile

Lonestar Motorsports Park - Sealy, TX 1/4 mile
Known for the infamous TX2Kx meets

Firebird International Raceway - Chandler, AZ 1/4 mile

SpeedWorld Dragstrip - Wittmann, AZ 1/4 mile

Maple Grove Raceway - Mohnton, PA 1/4 mile
Moderately strict rules and tech; long shut-down after 1/4

Beaver Springs Dragway - Beaver Springs, PA 1/4 mile

Atco Raceway - Atco, NJ 1/4

Island Dragway - Great Meadows, NJ 1/4 mile

Old Bridge Township Raceway Park - Englishtown, NJ 1/4 mile
Drags, road course, drifting, etc.; Strict rules and tech

Maryland International Raceway - Budds Creek, MD 1/4 mile

Lebanon Valley Dragway - East Nassau, NY 1/4 mile

New York International Raceway - Leicester, NY 1/4 mile

MMP - Montgomery, AL 1/4 mile
No Tech, beer allowed, verrrry relaxed safety rules

Silver Dollar Raceway - Reynolds, GA 1/4 mile
Relaxed tech, grassy parking area (good for picnics as well), long slow-down area at the end of the 1/4

Alabama International Dragway - Steele, AL 1/4 mile
No tech, crappy bathrooms, relaxed safety rules

Atlanta Dragway - Commerce, GA 1/4 mile
Strict rules from what I hear

Toronto Motorsport Park - Cayuga Ontario 1/4 mile & Roadcourse

St. Thomas Dragway - St. Thomas Ontario 1/4 mile

Let me know if this needs to be categorized with more division

Other countries
Again, we can define this list further

We could incorporate roadcourses as well.

This was where we went for some of the Mid-Atlantic Meets back in the day. Southern Md:

this is the same track where shawn cassady's MKIIIt won on PINKS. In NY (near Albany):

track that we use during most Toronto Meets. Cayuga, Ontario (west of Niagara Falls/ Buffalo):

They also use this track from time to time during the Toronto Meets. South of London Ontario, Canada:
