when i accelerate in 1st gear, something underneath shakes, it feals like the drive shaft is shaking but only in 1st gear, 2nd and so forth are fine, something similiar to this happened to me like a year ago, when i fixed the clucth and the center bearing for the drive shaft was all messed up and it shook the whole car in all the gears, but i replaced it brand new and it stop the shaking, its being a year since i replace the center bearing do you think it could be that cuz the other one lasted like 18 years

Driveshaft would be the first thing I check, see if the center bearing and U-joints are still OK. Could be an internal problem in the tranny, clutch problems, motor mounts and many other things.

Well in only shakes towards the middle of the car could be the drive shaft, and only shakes in 1st which i guess has the more torque of all the gears,

My money is on the centre bearing; it's either shagged or has been installed upside down. I did that once and the car shuddered badly at low speeds.
