The seat belt retractor on my car is not as strong as it was and I have to basically feed it in to get it to retract fully. Is there a way to tighten the spring on the seat belt?

Just take it to a toyota dealer. I believe all dealers are legally obligated to replace any faulty safety equipment, such as seatbelts free of charge.

I found this out with my old car.
Thank DARPA for the internet.
