Its not that hard to change. Remove the 2 bolts for the valve, loosen the EGR tube nut, remove the vacuum modulator, and loosen the 2 bolts on that connect the EGR tube to the cooler. Don't completely remove these 2 bolts or you will hate yourself forever. Just use a really long extension to get at them.
Ok after trying every possible way for like three hours :x I couldnt put the dam buger in. I tried another approach and PRESTO I managed to put it in, in less then two mins. What I did was I took those two double sided screws out of the intake plenum and replaced them with two long enough bolts. Problem solved,
SilverMk2-- I know better than to take those two bolts out from the EGR tube, thanks for looking out :wink:
