engine fitting?

Ok, I am going to have access to a v8 from a 92 lexus ls400. I just wonder about the fitting. It just got hit pretty on the rear on 11/19/03 .

It'll fit nicely with room to spare front and back...side to side is a bit tight... but it will fit.
