well, i would go with weisco pistons. i know several people using them with great sucess and i just got a set myself. also, for rods i personally would like a set of pauter machine rods. for bearings, i am going to use clecite 77 bearings.

you can get the pistons here for about $600 a set with pins and rings.

and can get pauter machine rods here for $1,026

Ross Racing Pistons

Well there is a variety of pistons out there... It is just what is your interest... well William and PDupler both got Wiseco and they work great... well my self I got some Ross Racing Pistons with a 8.0:1 CR and it is really good but only one thing is that it will have a a wrist pin knock during start up due to the recommended bore size for the stated piston... the knock is very short and it is not really an issue...

I bought my piston set for $540.00 with the rings(the rings a re not preset and needed to be grounded)

For rods... Pauter is a really good rod... and also Crower... they are both $1000 for the set for the 7M rods

Bearings.... I would go with Clevite 77 for they are really tested for everything... from drag racing motor to street car motors... Nascar uses this bearings as well
