This Supra has 4.3 gears/lsd out of an 84, locks up very well(all synthetics), mk3 supra shifter and WiliamB's shifter bushing, the w58 feels butter smooth with redline, great clutch, grabs every time.
This is a rolling chasis, but i have a few blocks, a good rotating assembly, and a good head sitting around for it.
the suspension is as follows:
88 cressida front struts(bigger brakes, roughly 290mm), 9kg/mm frontsprings, new strut inserts, SuperPro poly bushings All the way around.
(including rear crosmember)(edit* that may have sounded misleading, not the diff mounts, but the trailing arm xmember has poly)
T3 rcas, and one-inch longer front control arms.
new outer tie rods
possibly 5 point cage(again if price is right)(other wise those two parts will be stuck on my te86), the tar is out of the car, and there is no power steering, or a/c, but there is heat
and i mean there is no pump, although i could donate my cressidas ps pump and press line if need be(its a fairly light car, u dont need it)
and it has the obligatory modded-y pacesetter and upwards of 2.5" exhaust with a 24" cherry bomb and a 2 chamber flowmaster.

the not so goods...
there is minor bumper bendage, and a slight kink in the very front of the ds fender,
the pass side fender has been replaced and is a darker red, there is some rust on the hatch itself, although none underneath nor in the trunk, but behind the back tires has rust holes.
The frame is solid.

sorry all i have is action shots, i will try to borrow a digi next week

brakes are good, slight surface rusting since its sat from april till now, but more than functional, no bleed down, good pedal feel that stays constant.
the cressida big brakes were phenominal compared to the easily overheated stock setup, they inspire much confidence, rears are so-so in terms of pad thickness, i would recomend some axxis metal masters...

The same incident as what happened to the ds front bumper, which was the joker who didn't know up from down that owned the car previous to me, spun it on some interstate ramp and put it slightly into the wall, minor bendage, you can see the extent of the damage in the forward facing shot, not too bad.
I have since straightened it out some, but the flare was a write off, and the tire which popped took out the ps fender and flare, hence why it has a kouki fender thats flare doesnt quite match the lip on the 82 bumper...
oh and the interior- (Im still working on borrowing a camera) it doesnt exist, not even the tar, so most of you folks likely wouldnt be interested cause itll be too loud n suchforth.
the rust i described behind the rear wheelwells is pretty typical for a GA car that had a leaky hatch seal. there is no floor, or seam between the apron and bottom of the quarter... but its not so bad you cant still store a quart of oil in either side...

of course it comes with everything it had when it ran(including the torn down motor, if you want it)- all the aftermarket goodies, the cat-back too and intake.
twas a good setup, even with unshaved head/stock-size comb chamber, and the factory low-dome pistons it put 146/148 to the tires, which aint bad...

alright, guys, turned into a part-out.
everything is available, besides the front suspension and bushings.
that includes a sweet recently rebuilt head, well-modified pacesetter(no hack-job), cat-back for a brave soul(3" mandrel with a 24" cherry bomb and a two chamber 3" flow).
82 distributor and so on
i have 3 blocks ill give away(one non-scored rotating assembly).
make me some offers... ill have this thing out of my yard before the months up

Hello,

I need a few parts for my 82, I hope that you can help me out.

If it is working. I need the Temperature Control Switch ( Resistor )Part # 88032-14080 It is the switch that is in the upper left side of the A/C controls

Drivers seat left side hinge screw and the metal piece that holds the spring in place

The plastic piece under the hood, beside the driver's side head light with the yellow warning label

The plastic piece at the drivers left foot. It has a label for fuse box and has an elastic strap to hold the owners manual

I know I am forgetting a few things and will try to think of them. You can PM with prices, Thanks,

Keith

all ive is one pass seat(striped cloth) to tell you the truth, well i got a leather ds, but its in my cressida... and its pretty beat up on the left side lat support.
the dash has a split down the middle and is rather faded, but, if you saw pics of the hatch and you want it, come get it.
i am still in a suspended state as far as getting around goes, and my cannondale aint gonna be able to haul a hatch to villa rica... but yeah, 30 bucks and its yours(i stripped all the wiper motor stuff off it)

as for love:
i tossed the plastic bit underneath the hood ages ago.
i still have the ds kick panel, with fuse box cover but i dont see an elastic strap...
i can certainly yank out the cc box and get the resistor off the back side.
the seat bits are no good, i butchered my stock seat bracket to put a true bucket on them.
i sure dont want a whole lot for thos small bits n pieces, thats fo tru, pm me if you think of some other things you may need
