Anyone know what thread size the line is on the fuel pump hanger? Managed not to break the factory line but the nut from the hardline is seized in the end. so for now im going to get some fuel hose and re flare the hardline. Just need to know what thread this thing is so i can get the appropriate fiting

Sorry but that fitting is not seized. It was made that way. It probably did make installing the tank / lines easier at the factory, but it's the reason so many folks twist the hard line there. If you look at the flexible line that attaches to that hard line, it has a rotating fitting. Personally, I can't recall ever seeing either of these two situations anywhere else on any other vehicle.

Yup, and you got bigger problems then that. You need to sand blast that hanger assembly asap and see if it can be salvaged, that thing is pretty rusty... This piece sadly has become really hard to replace, we need to find a proper replacement option for them. There are a bunch of very similar ones off other Toyotas from that era that are availble new from the aftermarket, we should see about having one of these companies make them for us if we can't adapt one off another model.
