This funny thing comes rolling through my neighborhood a few weeks ago and I got a picture of it just as it was leaving. The guy was apparently looking through the dumpsters and collecting stuff to sell or whatever. You cant see the passenger side but there was stuff hanging way out of it too. Sorry it is so blurry.

That's awesome man...reminds me of the good ole days when i had my 1st mk2. My parents use to own a coffee shop and i use to load that baby up with 25+ cases of pop, stationary, bathroom tissue at the wholesale store.

Whenever i'd go to car, people would be amazed at what i fit in a sports car. The owner of the wholesale place thought i owned a mini-van cause he was convinced that there's no way all that stuff would fit in a car.

I miss that car...i beat the living crap out of that car and with 280k it still ran like brand new...you gotta love SUPRAS. :woowoo:

Work for the tech department of a school system sometime. Our central office services 16 individual schools. Sometimes, delivery and pickup runs will have me with well over 10-12 towers in my car. With the back seats down, anything is possible. Looks alot like that sometimes, especially now since my car's all banged up.

Yup, its amazing what the mk2 will haul. I once fit 7 people in my mk2. 4 in the back seat, 2 in the pass seat, and me all scrunched up in the drivers seat. I wonder how many I could've fit in the trunk?
