Has anyone us this piggy back computer and if so please explain it to my because the only info I have is in japanese. :?:

The Rebic LC is amulti functionfeulcontroller
LCfunctions as "Fuel increase" for high boost with T.V.V.C
LC is possible to make feul control according as any tuning situation or any Intake-Exaust efficiency to the normalturbo charged machine
That is what it says on the box and the instructions are in japanese
but I"m not a 100% sure of how to tune my car properly with it
