How the hell do I get these rear shocks off the suspension arm! I'm having quite a time with it.. I've tried everything short of heating up the rubber "thingy"..
take off the bolt in the middle and wiggle it back and forth, it might help to spray some WD40 in there if it's really stuck. I shouldn't be that hard.
humm like RWDCelicadude said wiggle it back and fourth is should come out. Its been a long time since i have changed them on my car. but when i changed them the came right out with no problem.
OK, well I got er off.. My problem was, I had all the weight of the suspension arm on the shock.. So, I jacked up the arm a little and hit it out with a blunt chissle and a hammer.. Came out ok... Thanks for the tips though.. Look for the writeup comming soon!
