Has anybody ever 'hidden' the fog/signal lights in the grill? I've seen a MKII with the foglights covered or removed (didn't get a close look) and I was wondering what it would look like if the grill was full-width.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, a bunch of muscle cars did this in the 60s-70s. The '69 Charger is a good example (link)

But Five-O just took the foglights out, right? That car is part of what gave me the idea, but I was reffering to the 82-83 front and having the signals covered also.

I suppose what you could do is take two grills, glue them together at the ends, and then position the seam at the very center of the car. Then cut off the excess on the ends. Not sure how's you'd fix it to the car. As for the fog lamps, you may be able to push them back a bit. You could remove the glass cover to give you more space.

I'm not convinced this would be an "upgrade", but would definetly look different.
