I think it would be called the IS330, since adding a 30 seems to be the trend. Some examples:
Was................................................................Is
RX300(the small-size SUV)..............................RX330
SC400(2-door avail. in inline 6 or V8 ).............SC430(the one in Terminator 3)
ES300(basically the Camry)............................ES330
etc.

The Lexus naming convention is based on the engine capacity. For example, the SC400 had a 4.0 litre engine, but the newer SC430 has a 4.3 litre engine. That's why an IS300 with a V8 will almost certainly be called an IS430!
