Just figured this out, I'm irrationally proud of myself :lol:

How to make a picture link to somewhere when you click on it:
1) get the URL you want to link to
ex: www.someplace.org
2) put it in a URL tag like this:
Code:
[url=www.someplace.org]
3) Add the image you want to use in the same method as usual
ex:
Code:
[img][url]www.imagehost.net/picture[/img][/url]
4) Close the URL tag:
Code:
[/url]
5) The code should look like this:
Code:
[url=www.someplace.org][img][url]www.imagehost.net/picture.jpg[/img][/url][/url]
Not extrodinarly usefull, but somebody might find a purpose for it. I used it in my sig to link to where the picture came from.

free gallery

http://www.lazy-bum.com/toyota/

and i just changed it to a 10mb limit

you can fit about 15 2000x1500px images (about 10x to big)

the software will resize it anyways.

*if you want more space, just let me know

here is another option

http://www.suprafanclub.com

after uploading the image, when you are looking at the picture, right click on it and goto propteries.

there will be a link show that will looking something like;
www.suprafanclub.com/image.php?image_id=37&thumb=2

you can use this in forums with the tags or in regular html

use it all you want, there is no limit.
but the images are auto resized to a max size of 600x600

The biggest problem is that once the pics are posted off site with links, over time those links die and the images are gone. We need to be able to upload them to CS servers permanently or the threads that contain them often become useless. Case in point. the link in the first post in the first thread above.
What is the solution? Is there someone in the community who can permanently host all pics with redundancy for future generations of enthusiasts as well?
