I have made a number of friend in this great group, especially my Supra brothers attending the Dayton and Toronto meets.

I wanted to let you all know that I have been in the hospital for a while now. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. We are fortunate that it is still quite small, but it is in an area that is very difficult to get to. We are working with a surgeon in Detroit who is one of the premier experts on this specific type of tumor. We are expecting brain surgery Christmas week. We are hoping for the best.

I used to be a regular here, so I just wanted to let you all know where I disappeared to.

I haven't been able to get the Spearco into the body shop yet, but I still have the go-ahead from the insurance company. I may hit you up for some parts if we can't locate any locally.

Cheers!

i am so sorry. my best friends mother died friday morning.she had had brain cancer that had gone undiagnosed for a long while she had surgery and things looked hopeful for awhile. she ended up passing due to fluid in her lungs. i sincerly hope they can get the tumor out and that there is no reoccurance.

Good luck Chad. These things can be and are often cured when caught early. I went through something similar with a close family member, 100 percent cured and recovered. We'll be hearing from you soon I'm sure!

Keep a good attitude!

Good luck Chad. Modern medicine can do a lot these days but even more important is a good attitude. If you're driving a Supra or two, I know you've already got the good attitude working for you! Let us know how things are going and what you might need for the Spearco...

Good luck bro, my girls niece recently died of a brain tumor, (hope this isnt scaring u and worrying you) she died because she was too young to undergo radiation treatment. she was barely 11 months old almost to 1 year when she died. i guess her body just wasnt strong enuf. but dont worry, with the technology and surgery we have now ull be ok. prayers with you bro

Shiva,

that's funny, cause i was just thinking that it's been a while since Chad had posted...not his usual POST-HO Self :D . We're all praying for here in Toronto Chad. Dean callled Nick and I at a Work X-Mas Party tonight and it really put a damper on the festivities.

God Speed for quick and full recovery.

Peace

Scarlet summed up my thoughts perfectly. Stay strong man! I too was wondering where you went...I am glad you are taking the time to resurrect that car, it is truly unique and deserves to be treated well.
