Many of those are not accidents either, folks. Follow the former Dallas Cowboy, Dwayne Goodrich story, at 100+mph plows his BMW through two samaritans helping victims at an accident scene and didn't even know he'd hit a human being till he got home and saw it on the news. Anybody driving that much over the speed limit takes responsibility for ANYTHING that might happen in his path no matter what the situation. Criminally negligent homicide was the verdict and if you ask me, 7.5 years is a slap on the wrist. It was negligent because he failed to observe the accident scene and slow down to a safe speed and it was criminal because it happened while he was breaking the law in the first place. Goodrich was feeling invincible, on top of the world, like nothing bad could happen to him or because of him. Money can have that effect on people as I figure it must have had on the drivers of many of those wrecked exotic cars. I like dogstar's tag: "Drive like you own the vehicle, not the road!"

Gotta with Phil on this one but it hurts my heart to see any nice abused or wrecked. I just hope that most or all of the people got out basically unhurt.
