I was just curious if anyone would be interested in attending an annual car show in southern Indiana. Yeah, Yeah, I know. Some little hick town throwing a car show, but this year there were 241 cars, and guess how many imports..... 1. One friggin import. ME! I told the guy who was running the show that next year I would have some more cars in the import class, and would LOVE to have some Supras come join in! The show is really not too bad. There's TONS of old Mopar, Chevy, and Fords, really nice too. But no Toyotas! HOW CAN IT EVEN BE CALLED A CAR SHOW?! $15 gets you in and a T-Shirt. But after the show, if enough people wanted to, maybe we could head down to Edgewater for some 1/4 mile racing (I dont have the schedule for next year). But my brother tells me he has seen 4 Supras there (MKII), 2 Black, 1 White, and a Red. But anyway, if anyone would be even a little interested, PLEASE reply! Even if ya need another Supra to jooin you at a local show, as long as its less than 5 hours, I'm game! I promise not to make you look bad! Please dont make me have to tell the guy putting it on I couldn't find anyone to come!

yup! long drive.... but around here EVERYHING is a long drive! I've often had 2-to-3 hours (@75mph) between my g'friend or my best friend and myself.
I remember seeing the stunned faces on a couple with Texas plates as they realized they were "just going around the bay" and had probably been half-hour or more without seeing a house, business, sign, or anything!
hehehe
Up till then they thought Texas was big.

Anyway - I'm looking to make some more road trips and meet people, I really enjoy that kind of thing - I'm just not going to have the car too aweful presentable 'till next season - it's almost time to put it in storage here!

Oh, and we have a couple guys come up from the Carolinas to the Toronto Supra Club meet a few times a year, so I don't think you are all *that* far away!
