Mine came as part of an El Cheap immobilser kit. Works a treat - luckily as both lock barrels are stuffed. When the keyring activator battery went, I had to crawl in through the rear hatch. Not a good look.

Not an alarm....but a quality keyless entry system.....any ideas? suggestions?
Some keyless entry kits can be quite expensive since they add lots of other "special features" into the system which our older cars are unable to use: dome light supervision, automagic trunk release, climate control, etc. In some cases it would be a less expensive option to buy an alarm system that has the built-in power lock feature/relay. I recently installed a Viper into my '86 with no problems, simply remove the stock alarm ECU.

She's got everything that I wanted.

Close, but it's behind the LEFT (drivers side) rear seat panel. On the same cluster with the rear wiper relay, interior light relay and light control relay. All are marked so it's simple to tell which is which.

Think left, think right. Think low, think high. Oh, the thinks you can think if only you try.
