I have two:
A rubberized one without the two top tabs. Perhaps can be repaired? Otherwise perfect condition.

Or a hard plastic one that has the tabs, but has some scratches around the top hole

$20 + shipping for either, including the lighter and A/C button(not shown).
FYI, the radio surround plus the console around the shifter are on ebay. Also several of the radio surrounds, but all have the top tabs broken.
One rear console on there as well.

Well, I this afternoon I checked my box of spare parts, and both the A/C on/off switch assembly and the lighter had the wires cut, so would be of no use anyway. Looks like you can find most if not all you need on ebay anyway.
You will need to source an aftermarket shifter boot. This guy shows how to install it:
He mentions JP3 Motorsports. They used to carry NOS shifter boots, but unfortunately are sold out. Check out their site anyway, they have several MKII items that no one else has. Only place I have seen where you can get trhe battery hold down. I just purchased a set of the engine compartment and glove box decals from them.

@Perfect Match.... I'll have the Radio Bezel with good Tabs (Ears LOL) & an Ashtray.... Have a Centre Console in Terrra Cptta but the Arm Pad needs to be re-done ... "might " have one in Blue... not sure on this last bit...
