I haven't had a home computer in a loooooooooooooong time. Mostly running from work. I have a friend selling a Macbook which is about 1.5 years old. In my design profession I use lots of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I've also been using a 3D program called Rhino. I know my buddies Macbook is powerful enough to run the Adobe products but curious if the processing is fast enough for Rhino3D. Of course, at the moment, I'd have to boot within a Windows emulation program in order to Rhino3D as it's not yet available for MacOS. Based on the processor below, would this Macbook be powerful enough to run Rhino 3D?.....

I appreciate anyones computing knowledge.

Processor name: Intel core 2 duo
Processor speed: 2.2 GHz
Number of processors: 1
Number of cores: 2
Cache: 4Mb
Memory: 2Gb
Memory: 2Gb
Bus speed: 800MHz
HD: 160Gb
Apple Identifier: Macbook 3, 1

Any one?................
Scott

my old IBM had similar specs and didn't have a problem with rhino, but for CAD work, it's all in the graphics card...
