Have any of you guys heard of this? I was looking for a model celica xx and i came across this

Anyone have any other pictures/info of this stuff cause i want a cool cartoon celica to put on a t-shirt

I've seen the model before but I've not been able to find the anime/manga.

I wish there was a way to see these with English subtitles. The DVD boxed set is $300 for the series and I can't tell if it comes with English subs or not.

Y32,000 = around $300. Legit boxed sets for an anime series are always that much. If you find them cheaper, then they're usually pirate/unlicensed editions from Singapore or somewhere like that.
