What was the most produced color for 84/85, silver? there seem to be a ton of us with them. Just curious. :roll:

i own a silver 85, not sure what the most produced was. I love my silver though, don't think i'd take any other color.

I'd freakin LOVE a black one. Always my favorite color. I got used to the silver pretty quick, it has it's own appeal and ya can't be choosy when ya stumble on one.

black is THE BEST COLOR for the mkii in my mind. No matter what car i've looked at i think the black gives me the most chills...lol

It probably varies depending on what part of the world you're from. Around here silver/blue (like mine) seems to eb the most common. Black is pretty rare.

My MK2 is light metallic blue...don't see many of them around. I think the most common colours are white and red...I see many forum members here have those colours...and the very few MK2's I've seen around here have been either one of those colours.

I thought black was the most rare? :?

I had a white '83, and I'd like another one. But I like the light blue ones, and especially the silver ones.

I need to have three MK IIs. One white, one blue, one silver.

IIRC (its been a while) black was most common, then white, then red, then silver or was it blue....

When I lived in LA I thought the I was gonna end up with a SDR because that's all I ever saw. I was glad when I found mine and it was Silver.

Im in So Cali, I see a lot of white ones around here (mine included). Im guessing probably due to the heat and sun (white doesnt heat up as much as darker colors)

I definitly agree about the black, nothing looks sicker than a black mkii with tint.

terra cotta is common down here. At least all the mk2s that are broke down are that color, the ones that are running are silver, or that light bluish silver color.

For 85/86 SDR has to be by far the most common around here. For 82/83 Terra Cotta most definetly. It seems like every early Supra I see at PnP is TC. They had like 5 or 6 parked in a row at one time. Silver is very rare around me, I only now of 2 others anywhere near me
