Whats the muffler inlet size of my mk2 supra? is it 2.5"?

aww c'mon guys, I just need to know the inlet pipe size on the muffler so I can buy a new muffler off ebay and I know what I'm looking for, and I'm too stupid to find it myself, lol.

For the factory exhaust???? If so I believe its like 1 7/8 or some cheesy small size like that. Why don't you crawl under the car with a tape measure and measure it at:

yea ive also heard and think that its 1 7/8 for the stock muffler, like slivermk2 said, just get under there with a tape measure and find out

Some dinkyass pipe size that is the same or smaller than stock (car in it's previous ownership, paid a visit to Midas)... :shocked!: :eek2: I'm hoping that it will DIE soon, so that I can switch to a 2 1/4" custom cat back.

I know that the pipe is 1 7/8". How small is it right down the middle where the pipe kind of bends even more. I seems the be the most restrictive pipe section.
