i need specifications for our valve springs:
height
diameter
closed valve seat pressure
open valve seat pressure
needed for exhaust and intake valves i'm not about to pay the dealer 20 bucks a valvespring if i can find them cheaper. 250 bucks doesn't grow on trees here. neither does 550 per cam. or 50 dollars per valve.

call your local machine shops. they can get those things cheap. i think stock valves for a 7mgte were ~$6-7 each.

Can any one verify that sbc valve springs will work in 5mge? if so which springs have been used, i.e. were they stock or aftermarket? Has anyone used any Compcam springs?? With the ohc how much seat pressure is too much??

damn if SBC springs work i can go pickum off the trees the engines grow on. and jegs has a bunch of valvesprings for the sbc. what's their diameter?

1.52?
1.44?
1.63?

also what are the seat pressures cuz they have everything from 85 seat to 235 open and 235 seat and 770 open. also the lengths of the springs. open and closed. maybe i can take my old springs and use them in my mower lol! i dont want some all out badass valvespring altho it'd be nice, i just want assurance that my new springs will be able to take the new 7600rpm cams.

anyone know where to get lifters? i'm not replacing the valves or valveseals cuz it don't burn oil and has perfect 180 compression.
