holy cow!!! that looks amazing!! definate props go there. I absolutly love those rims? what kind are they, and how did you get the little supra dragon on there?... And that engine.. oh my! is that thing brand new or just do on killer job of cleaning that up? hehe. 1 questoin though, what color are you going to paint the car?

I can't wait to see the finished product cause as of right now that looks to be one amazing supra! Again, i couldn't belive my eyes! awesome, just awesome!
Is this going to be a show car? Can't imagine it being a daily driver. The engine is super Clean and the engine bay will look great when it's done. Looks like a lot of work. Great job man. Looks awesome!
Futher Mucker!!!

 Nice ... Really .... Nice

I've seen some nice paint jobs come out of paint booths worse than that. I was told if you rub a dry towel on the plastic the static electricity will grabe the dust out of the air.

Kick ass!
Nice pics, Christian! 8) Is that a Mercedes behind your wheels? Good thinking about using your ghetto paintbooth as you don't want to overspray everything, hehe. Also, noticed that you got adjustable cam gears! What color will your car be? If it's a surprise then that's OK! Good job and keep us up to date...

The rims were custom made by Braid in Spain. George (Karaki) put the group buy together a while back. The engine was pulled out of my mk3, was blown. I rebuilt it and cleaned it up. I only painted the engine bay. It is dark cloissone blue metalic. I painted the car back in 98 or 99.

I'm doing this for my own enjoyment. I may enter some shows for shits n giggles, but it will be my weekend car.

I'll take a pic of the painted engine bay this weekend. i used the wrong clear, tho, and it's full of overspray. I gotta take it down and reclear it. I'm going to have a shop do it this time, tho. It's the same color as my car was back in Vegas 99.

Wow, good job. Can't wait to see the final results. From the pictures it looks like it will look great.

What size rims did you get front and rear?
Christian...the rims are super sweeet...love the chrome shadow finish. I can't wait to see what the car looks like...awesome work.

Raj...Christian got the same size and Mike and myself: 17x8 for the front and 17x9 in the back.

Yup, vacaville, actually. Not too far away.

you going to the meet on the 15th Christian?
Nope. I'm gonna be in TX during that week.

Really sweet looking so far. I really like the straight black valve/cam covers, that is the way I would go too, looks really clean and nice. And the rims, ultra sweet! Nice work, can't wait to see the finished product.
