well... hopefully i'll be pulling one of the supras engiens tomorrow, i just need to know one thing: what do i attachthe hoist to?

There is one hook on the front exh side of the engine, but shouldn't there be one on the rear intake side? i can't see one right out in the open.

how have you all pulled your engines before? any tips or anything?

there should be another hook in the rear driver side (right over the intake manifold). I have always used a chain with big enough links to fit through the hooks. Then I just pull them out with an engine lift ( I tink its called a Cherry picker).

Since mine is up on the jack stands so I can pull the engine this weekend, I just went and looked. There is a hook bolted to the back of the drivers side of the head right behind the fuel presure regulator.
