Actually am looking for a quarter window garnish both sides.
Can anyone rebuild this part as mine only the rubber is damaged. Please advise. Thanks

That looks like a job for a good body guy.
Hard to tell from that picture but, you may be able to fill on top of the original plastic, smooth it off and paint it. Also probably a good idea to condition the rubber with simple green.
