You folks who don't have close Supra contacts just dont' know what
you are missing.

After a many month Saga involving Seamus in Canada, Jamie Bergen in
Oregon, Steven Sidman in California and now Jeff Sawyer: My new
daily driver is basically complete.

With the help of Seamus and Jamie it is now sporting an 85/86
blue "tweed" interior. Looks like a completely different car and I
love it.

With the help of Jeff, I now have a stereo that is wired properly and
an antenna that actually goes down when I turn the head unit off....
Sheesh what a mess Best Buy made of it. Jeff, please be sure and
thank Stephane for Me for letting me BORROW you once again.

Steven for listening to all the whinning about the damn antenna and
for a great half-way stopover going to Jamie's. Also, Thanks to
Stephen for my Turbo TOAD now having a new steering wheel :)

Memorial Day Weekend has been good!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again to all of you for the help.

Just as soon as it turns daylight tomorrow :BIG:

By the time I finished tonight it was after dark. I also installed my amp in the compartment above the rear washer bag on the passenger side of the hatch. Plus, I ran a jumper wire so that I now have lighted vanity mirrors in both visors.

I have now removed or installed the complete interior 5 times in the last 2 weeks. I am soooooo glad to finally have it finished.

All I need to locate now is the fuzzy rubbery moulding that goes around the sunroof in Blue. Unfortunately, the one really crappy part of the car here in town (that I just picked up another blue interior from) is pretty much trashed so I had to use the old cream colored one.

I'll get some pics tomorrow of the new interior. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.

Good to hear Leslie, I'll keep an eye out for that blue trim your looking for. Would have gotten you that too but the car was a hard top. It must be great to be free of terra cotta. Theres now two perfect, perfect terra cotta interiored supras at the wrecker where I got yours from, and no ones touched them!
