What are the best AFM settings for a 6mgte w/295s?

Right now I have 5 clicks lean with the AFM adjustment screw all the way out. How much boost is safe to run with only AFM mods? Right now I'm at about 9psi. It scoots pretty good too.

There also is a strange hesitation when the turbo starts to spool. Could that be too rich of a mix?

Wade..I know Ray Fong was almost a full rotation leaner (maybe like like 5 or 6 teeth short...). and I think that Mark (CFR-Rider) is about the same as well. That hesitation, I would say IS because your running super pig ass rich.

I've drilled out the pin hole fuel return like which lowers the stock FP.
Anything more than 20 clicks and it dies!

Try putting in the plugs from a 7MGTE. i believe they are part #4201 in Bosch. after that you should be able to run better and lean out the mixture a bit more.
