I pulled a F303 diff a few months back and I'm finally ready to put it in. The problem is that now that I've pulled my old diff (non-lsd) out, I can't get the side gear shafts out. From memory, they fell out of the the F303 quite easily, but my attempts at getting the old ones out have failed. In the TSRM they show a Toyota tool, but they don't say how to use it. So have I just not pulled hard enough with the driveshaft attached?
