Where can I order a roll of silicon vacuum line, in colors, preferably light blue? I'm guessing that it would be 3mm ID.

Most aftermarket shops carry it. Some sell kits that have various sizes so you can do all the vac lines.

I'm looking to replace all the vacuum line in my '86 MKII, so it seems that buying it by the roll would be cheaper. There are not any aftermarket shops in my immediate area, and with my work schedule, ordering online would be easier for me.

Thanks SilverMk2, they have a nice web site. Will the 3.5mm work for replacing the vacuum line on the MKII?

3.5mm ID should work fine. Its a perfect size replacement for the factory stuff. 15ft should do all the engine vacuum lines. If you want to do all the AC vacuum stuff I'd double it at least.
