Hello again,

I was wondering if anyone experiences a slight misfire at idle with their Supra's. Its so slight that only a mechanic or a car enthusiast would notice. I have noticed this on my 85 for as long as I've had it. The motor is in pretty good mechanical condition. All ignition componants have been replaced.

Any thoughts?

Yes my car idles dead on 650rpm "most" of the time but occasionally it does develop a hiccup. Several members report this but I havent heard of a solution. As you say...only a person in tune with your engine would notice.
I am constantly saying to my wife- "do you hear this noise or that noise?" She never does but I do...I know my car!
