Not sure anyone has.

I found them years ago. They are 16x8", 4.25 offset, 2 piece.

They are like the big brother CCW racing wheels, though less
expensive and made for the street.

John (the owner) did a short run of these. As for making new one's,
good luck convincing him.

You can still get low offset ones from them. Several of the Z car guys have ordered these in 0 offset recently. There was actually a 17x9 0 offset set brand new for sale recently. You can't get the new 1 piece cast ones in low offset though. I'm eventually going to order either the CCW of the Forgeline FM5s assuming I ever drive the car again. I'd prefer the Forgelines myself, although I'm not convinced they're worth another $1500.

I've heard anywhere from $1600-1800 range for the set.

Price sounds about right. The 16x8 were $325 each.

I gave my MkII to my brother in law last year -- charity case.
Looking at a $500 version this week or next weekend.

Given the cost of the CCW's I may go with the Compomotives. They look gorgeous. ...we'll see.
