Sort of a Kill?

Well, you might be able to count this as a kill.. maybe not. haha. either way i thought it was pretty funny.

Anyways, i driving down the road that turned into the highway.. Its a two lane road that merges into 1 when the acctaull highway starts. Anyways, it was about 12 oclock night and i was on the right lane headed towards the highway. I was going a fair bit over the speed limit passing cars on in the left so i wouldn't be stuck behind them on the highway. When the lanes merged i kind of gave her a little more gas and snuck infront of another car.. nothing that close anything, or thats at least what i thought. After slowing down (cause speed traps are usually there where the highway starts cause of low speed limit still) to about right below the speedlimit, the car ( a mid 80's honda civic.. hows that for irony..) comes up behind me and starts flicking its brights at me. I assume he must be pissed that i cut him off of something... i was going about 99 at this point and the guy was riding me.. so then i had had enough, put the pedal down till i got to about 130.. i slowed back down again and again the lights flicked.. i was kinda pissed and had enough and just took off, consequently leaving him in my dust. (i kinda wanted to slow back down cause this car was really pissing me off and i wanted to play with it a bit more.. and maybe even hoping of the infamous ricer flyby. haha.) No way his little civic's gonna keep up to the supra. hehe.

I know not really a kill but a fun time none the less

lol, love those dicks in the old civics that think theyre racecars dont ya :?

is this just an alberta thing, or do people do that in other places??

and yeah, albertan drivers, for the most part, suck.

. I think the crackerjack box license joke was made for cities like this.

The ricers here are hilarious...i don't even have to fly by them...i just give them a taste of the bov on ms. piggy(mkiii) and they flock from all directions like a bunch of vultures. They try to race me...but myinsurance record is too screwed up justify street racing. When we get to the light, they call me chicken and I use the famous line:

"Let me get this straight...my head gasket required more torque than your engine puts out and you actually want to race me?"...pisses'm off all the time...I love it. :razz:

BTW...don't know if these have been mentioned here before, just incase they're not and you want to use them here's a few more of those lines:

"My lug nuts required more torque than you're motor puts out"
"My Coke bottle has more displacement then your engine"
"My heater blows more cfm's than your turbo"

I know there's a few more...but i forgot them all

yeah i know i heat those fu***r specialy this guy around my neabourhood who has a civic DX 4 door triyed to race me in my 89 camry (my winter car ) i gave him a pease of toyota power and after the race he dose a this rice fly by lol i think he had choped springs cause he was bouncing all over the Road

for what it's worth, grassroots motorsports magazine did a bit of a profile this month (or last, i dunno whe) comparing their 2002 civic si HB vs the scca champion... an 89 civic si. it shall be noted that the 89 civic was running a near-stock engine (an intake, header... nothing major) and had some fairly basic suspension components. the 02 civic had extensive suspension and engine modifications, and over 50hp advantage over the 89. however, the 89 si consistently mopped the floor with the 02 on the autocross circuit.

slip its prolly cuz of a weight advantage on the 89smaller car smaller motor and awas it driven by the same guy in the tests? u and me both know that in autoX a shitty driver with a super fast car is still going to put down slow times

he's right, it's not like street racing, you need skill as well as a nice car.. if you have enough skill, you dont really even NEED a nice car (although it helps)...

And dammit, I wanna be a green booger looking camel thing
