Guys;

YES I have used the search key, and I went through lots of messages and I talked to alot of people. So here goes...

Other than Eibach, because I have more than plenty of reviews of those from friends that I trust, which Springs have you tried and do you recommend them. if we get enough people giving reviews of there Springs than maybe nebies and the likes can just read through this thread to get good advice.

the below are just a few that I have found in these Forums:
Dobinsons Springs
Dobi Springs
Eibach Springs
King Springs
Whiteline Springs

your input is muchly appreciated.

Don't forget about the Suspension Techniques springs. I just ordered a set from JCWhitney on monday. The whole set only costs $140 now + shipping. Hopefully I can have them on my car within the month(damn rear springs are on backorder but the fronts are on their way :D ) and I'll give you a description of the changes I can find from the original suspension. I'm gonna be replacing the shocks and struts with ones from Gabriel at the same time. I didnt want too harse of a ride.

Just to narrow the search, Whiteline is Dobinsons.

Also what is Dobi? LOL

I haven't tried it yet but you can get universal springs for the rear from TEIN I believe since it is a standard size. Spring rate of your choice, about $105 per pair.

sachs/boge shocks and struts with dobinsons std springs

i'm replacing my suspension with sachs shocks and struts and dobinsons standard height springs. i have the shocks and struts just waiting for the springs to come and i'll be throughing them on. i am going to take pick before and after. i chose this combo so the ride won't be too stiff. hope it works. my rear shocks are shot so bad that when i go over a big bump there is a loud thud from he springs unloading. i ordered the new ones from 935 motorsports.

Robert, Dobi was around in the mid to late 80s, one of the first aftermarket companies that carried stuff most notable were the '84 Lexan sp? replacement sun shade/wing and the "SUPRA" rear center section conversion.

I think I remember someone saying the fronts are progressive and the rears are linear. I dont know any numbers. Maybe a sheet with specs comes with the springs? I think my fronts were coming today but no one was home to accept them. :mad:
