Painting the bumper itself....

One piece of advice from our resident PPG paint expert Jamie Bergen (aka Ghostrider).

When mixing the paint & shooting it, you'll also want to make sure that you have added a flex agent to it.. This way when the bumper gets "bumped or squished", the paint will flex w/ the bending of the bumper itself. W/O the flex agent, the first time the bumper gets bumped or squished, the hardened paint will crack & possible come right off. You want to make sure that the paint has some give in it.

Hopefully Jamie will chime in soon, she has worked for PPG in the past I believe???
