although they look cool I sure as hell wouldn't want to get stuck upside down in that thing after a roll!!!
I'd keep a crowbar under my seat, lol.

True about both things, but I think they would be neat to have in the states. Right hand drive, and gullwing doors. Not a fast car by any means, but uniqueness. Personally, I like to have cars that are unique (eg, there arent millions of them everywhere). My 81 Cutlass for example. They arent rare by any means, but I dont see them all over the place (esp. with t-tops). And my MK2, almost non-existant around here. If I wanted a car everyone else had, Id go but a civic or eclipse.

They're definitely not a good car to have in warmer climates. There are a few grey-import Sera's getting around here, and because of the very large glass area they get stinking hot inside whenever the sun is out. The air conditioning doesn't have a hope of keeping up! I imagine sunburn could be a problem on longer trips too...
