i was leaving school on a very sunny day, i was cruising home when i noticed that the clutch was sticking when i would eccelerate, (only when i go over 3 RPM)any clues on how i might fix this problem?

The clutch should stock when you don't have the clutch pedal pushed down. It is when it is slipping that there is a problem. Also how are you getting it down to 3 RPM, I did not think the engine would even run that low.

lol sorry i mean 3000 rpm..i can be going 20 miles an hour and put it in 5th gear and eccelerate and it will just eccelerate like if the clutch is in, entill i let go of the gas

burnt clutch.
Did this in my 85. I could smoke the tires in 1-3 but slip in 4th and 5th at any speed if I stomp on it.

so how did u fix this problem new pressure plate, or clutch or??

You need to either drop the tranny and replace it or burn off the glaze that is on it. The last one is a chance fix as it may also just shread the rest of the clutch. My clutch was ceramic so it glazed easy.
