So i heard that about all the w transmissions all have the same bell housing bolt pattern so can i throw any in my 5mge mk 2

I'd worry about the other end more since the tail housing and shifter positions change over the years. See bottom image here;

Rephrase your question - throw in any what? Bellhousing? Or w transmission? Actually, it's no to either question - you can throw in only a bellhousing for an M-series engine. The BH on a w transmission behind an R engine or J engine will not bolt up to an M engine. And as Aaron pointed out, the ass end of the w transmissions are not all the same either.

Well im trying to see what transmission will fit in im cant find the stock one or nowhere to rebuild it down where i live
