I tinkered with using the 3 deg alignment holes (intake advanced and exhaust retarded) per suggestion by Bill Gentle at Redline Crank and Cam in Oregon and it seemed to have a bit more go but it gave the car a lopey idle that I didn't care for and so put it back to stock.
