... I would like to run upto 15psi on this turbo, with maybe the occassional 18-20psi blast the odd time I need to make my point I would really like to go with MKIII 440s, but this would limit me somewhat. I'm trying to plan for a worst case scenario etc....., and the 550s give me that luxury.

Well, I can with some certainty that 295's will support up to 15 PSI of boost without any major concerns... unless there is some serious error with the math numbers I've worked out... but couple that with the fact that Eric is running 295's and his S-AFC is set to negatives through the whole range... I feel pretty confident...

Crocket... Yeah, I was talking about a ct-26 but on stock FP... A T04 would be a totally different beastie Off the cuff, I would think at least 375 CC/min of fuel would be needed... So the 440's in that case would be a decent choice.
